Salmon fish pie then banana/strawberry/grape/blueberry/cranberry fruit salad & strawberry cake followed by nigiri sushi. Nice simple lunch (for me).

Dh took me to Applebee's for lunch...yay!! We each had a salad and split some pasta w/chicken.

Forced down a cucumber sandwich with tofu cream cheese & health nut bread and a tall glass of black grape juice.

Will start running errands in about an hour... most likely will have a Cool Cucumber Sandwich (use up the last of my baby cucumbers) with tofu cream cheese & a big bottle of water to take around town with me.
