Another Mountain Dew Throwback. I shouldn't have it but I want it. I'd settle for a Mellow Yellow from the 70's too.

They still sell Mello Yello by me. One grocery store has it and you can buy it online.

Lately I have been craving a waffle with chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I use to have that with my mother when I was younger and it is so delicious. I will seriously have to come up with a low cal version. Maybe I can just have half.
