Heading out in a few minutes to the Bagel Shop downtown. It's an authentic Jewish deli and "SO" good. I'll be having a sesame bagel with their great fluffy cream cheese and coffee.

A nice ham and Cheese omlette with either a jumbo chocolate chip muffin or three buttermilk pankcakes at Perkins.. Yum

Right now some Ceviche or a Quiche Lorraine, I haven't had either for way too long... And an onion tart would not hurt either with a simple green salad.... I can't be bothered to make any of those though .
