Vietnamese spring rolls-rubbery rice paper wrapper with shrimp, rice noodles, cilantro and some kind of sliced meat (pork?) inside. We have 40,000 Vietnamese in town for a festival (our population is usually 13,000) might as well take advantage of the great food!
