I took a couple slices of smoked salmon, put them on a small plate. Squeezed some lemon juice over top, thinly sliced some red onions, tossed a few capers on top and cracked some fresh pepper over it all. Mmmmmmm!
Ate cold tuna casserole. I'm thinking--I never really had to put it in the oven to begin with, did I? If I just drained everything really good, and cooked the noodles all the way through...there'd be no moisture to be gotten rid of through cooking...
