And lastly...will they sell you a WHOLE tiarmisu??
Alfredo came in frozen in bags. Pasta was already cooked and reheated in water prior to serving..don't know if it came to the restaurant already cooked, or if they cooked it and portioned it out in the back, but by service it was in pre-portioned servings that got re-heated in water. I do remember the lasagna's were hand-assembled in the back because sometimes we'd run out of what the preps had made for the day.

As for the Salad, I don't remember if it came pre-bagged or not. It was already prepped by the time I saw it. The servers assemble it for the customer by putting on the olives, tomatoes, onions and pepperocini & dressing. Breadsticks came frozen.

I'm sure they'd sell you a whole tiramisu, they come already made and frozen to the resturant. I saw them sell the cheese graters to people so I'm sure they'd sell a tiramisu.
