While in New Zealand, fell in love with PUMP water. I think it is bottled by the people who own Coke over there. But, since it is not sold here, prefer Fiji.
Interesting, I remember a taste test I saw on TV years ago in NY City. There were several brands (Evian, Dasani, Aquafina, Kmart and a few others) put up in a blind taste test against tap water from NYC. From what I recall, the tasters picked the Kmart brand over all the other waters, and the NYC tap water was judged better tasting than Evian. Just thought that was funny!
I have filtered water through-the-door on my fridge (Aka-Dasani, lol!), but when I want the fancy stuff, I keep San Pellegrino in my fridge. When I'm out I usually drink Zephyrhills (which is just a regional equivlant of Poland Spring). I avoid Dasani and other purified waters since it usually costs 40 cents more than Zephyrhills, yet its not even spring water, its purified municipal tap!

Interesting that they did not vote NY tap as the best! New York water is some of the best in the world.
I'm not totally "Green"...however, I won't buy bottled water. IMO, it's a waste of $$$... I think once people find out the excessive amount of plastic bottles that end up in landfills, they just might think twice about purchasing bottled water.
I have an empty plastic water bottle I fill up with tap water. I researched it a while back after a Dateline or 20/20 episode and found out tap water is usually safer to drink than bottled.
Is well water, as a rule, safe to drink? We just recently moved to a home with well water and I've been concerned about drinking it. But it sounds as if people here drink it. I'd sure like to stop spending the extra $$ on bottled water.
