Have you tried the Lean Cuisine version? It's yummy!

Sorry guys, did not even bother going back over the last few pages to catch up....really feeling crummy with this cold. I keep having friggin' nose bleeds which only causes me more concern but I think it's because of the fans going and the air gets dry plus blowing my nose constantly! Anyhow we bought out the drug store--well, not really but we did make a dent! I am probably not long for this world so I decided I should post now before I fall asleep again. DH is grilling sausages that we'll have with green and red peppers on buns. Hope I can eat. Tomorrow will be better!!!!!

After the HC version, I don't think I want to try another. Thanks anyway, Mookster.

I decided to change my plans and to my own verison of a TexMex...

OK here is the scoop as to how I dealt with my supper.
1 Can refried beans
1/2 jar hot salsa
3/4 lb of velvetta
Chunk of raw onion diced.

Nuke and stir until cheese part blends well with beans.
Eat with round corn chips.

Yes I ate the whole bowl...

We had some leftover linguine in a white clam sauce. It was still yummy! I also made a green salad with a fresh ginger dressing. I forgot a step in making the salad dressing so it wasn't as thick as I wanted it to be. It was still good though.

I have a headache though Our crazy neighbor decided to retaliate from our use of a leaf blower.

He shined a bright light from his kitchen into the master bedroom. The light is one of those high powered lights that you would see in a warehouse. A-hole, our plantation shutters blocked out 98 percent of his bright light. Then he would light firecrackers and toss them over to our property throughout the evening. I have taken pictures of the light shining and the debris from the firecrackers.

If he choses to do so again tonight, I will have plenty evidence to call my attorney to sue him. I wonder if the other neighbors heard all the firecrackers going off. I hate dissent, my house is literally my sanctuary and I don't like it when I feel the way that I do right now.

Thanks for listening all. Have a good night!
