People act as if its the best food in the world. I hate them ! I think they're gross ! They even did a documentary on PBS about hot dogs.

I think its gross. I dunno, maybe its because I dont live in the Northeastern US , but I dont understand people's love of hot dogs.

Now a juicy hamburger or some good BBQ or fried chicken- then you're talking !

A good, all-beef dog made with the good cuts of meat is just wonderful. Plus, they are the vehicle for all sorts of delicious toppings!

I do not like hot dogs.

However, if I went to a party and the hostess was serving hot dogs, then I would eat hot dogs.

It's as American as you can get. Okay, maybe a big, juicy burger does more for me, but hotdogs are great. They're cheap, you can dress em up however you want and it's one of the few foods kids don't generally complain about. No, they're not body building fuel, but they fill you up and taste pretty darn good to me.

I don't like hotdogs either. However, they are cheap. Sometimes, or most times, I am also feeding neighborhood kids. Therefore, I have recently decided to focus on the condiments. I am now on a quest to find the best hotdog chili because.......it covers the whole thing up.

I eat turkey dogs and like them a lot. I haven't eaten a beef one in a long time, but occasionally I do. I used to like Hebrew National.
When I lived in upstate NY, there was a place downtown that made them. Whew. They were big and fat and they tasted unlike anything you buy. A real hot dog.
