I had Garlic Ice-Cream in Gilroy CA ( spelling ?) many moons ago , it was absolutely vile. Really quite an acquired taste...

I think a lot of odd flavours will work as sorbets but ice creams using dairy and sugar tends to make everything odd even more sickly as well as tasting awful...

I've had garlic ice cream. I love garlic. I love ice cream. I do not love garlic ice cream.

Sauerkraut ice cream is another matter. Tangy and sweet. Delicious!

Guess some cultures didn't get the memo that ice cream started out as sweet, not savory. I wonder if it works the other way.

Those examples make me want to say something really ridiculous like: Toe Jam Ice Cream.

I think Black Walnut is gross.

I've tried those individual Bonnie Bell ice cream cups, they were nasty!

oh, that brings back memories!! How could you not like the bubble gum?? I used to save all the gums for when I finished the ice cream!! It looked gross on the napkin, but I was a kid, so it made sense at the time, and I couldn't have a mouthful of gum while eating the ice cream!!

Um..am I alone here?
