defrosted enough chicken to divide for several recipes~ making lemon pepper chicken for DW, BBQ chicken for me, Skewered rest with peppers, onions, pineapple, secret rub ~ Baked potato,sweet corn on the cob.

Guaranteed good leftovers!

WIsh I'd had something else. DH wasn't hungry, I didn't feel like cooking, so I threw the Voila! Shrimp Scampi in the skillet. Ick. I would not recommend this. I mean, it was edible, but that was about it. I've had some of their other dishes and they turned out pretty well, but not this one. Oh, well. Tomorrow's another day.
