I am looking for some fun snacks I can feed to my kids that don't take a lot of time. Does anyone have any ideas?

My friend Purification just told me about this recipe:

Take queso blanco, she says El Venadito (from Publics, Sedano's, Winn-Dixie) is the best kind because it won't fall apart when cooked. Slice it in about 1/8 inch slices, fry in non-stick pan, no butter or oil, until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Top with guava paste.

Apparently, people in the Caribbean love this treat. I can't wait to try it.

Put a 50/50 mix of Froot Loops and Goldfish crackers in a bowl. My kids loved it.

Deviled eggs. Some kids will be delighted with plain old boiled eggs, for that matter, but deviled eggs dresses things up a bit for them.

Grahamn crackers and peanut butter, yogourt & granola, apples, pears or basically any kind of fruit!
Take peanut butter and mix it with some cool whip and have the kids dip the fruit or teddy grahmns or whatever they like into it...

Celery sticks with peanut butter down the middle, maybe with raisins added. My kids loved this, and it's ridiculously quick and easy.

Apple slices dipped in caramel
Oatmeal. Especially the ones with "eggs" that become Gummy "dinosaurs" when milk is added
Granola bars and Nutri-grain bars
Grapes, cherries, watermelon, or some other fruit, either separately, or in a mix
Strawberries and Cool-Whip
Salad with mandarin oranges or cranberries mixed in
Yogurt or Go-gurts. They make kid sizes with Dora and other cartoon characters on them that you can drink
All take less than 5 minutes to prepare
