Well, if you are concerned about a particular restaurant you either frequent or intend to visit, why don't you just check the list? I'm not getting what difference the ethnicity makes....just check the restaurants you are thinking of and don't visit the ones that are "red"....

In NC all of the restaurants have sanitation scores, and they're posted in a designated place in the restaurant. They all have A's between 90-105 when I see them, and if I don't they probably don't get A's. As long as nothing's in my food, and it's tasty, no problems here.

I have noticed also that Asian type restaurants tend to be the dirtiest, my girlfriend wont eat at any down home asian restaurants or strait from Mexico restaurants even though they tend to be a little cleaner.

I was at Buca di Beppo yesterday and it was spotless. Those Italians surely know how to keep clean!
