oatmeal w/cinnamon & chopped apple

(I have the same thing every mon-fri because its early, i'm half awake and I dont have to think, though usually the oatmeal is with blueberries, but we ran out!) During the weekends I sleep in and make something for the family, but during the week the kids know its every man or woman for himself lol

Default I'm new to cooking (and gardening) so here goes

I saw one of each from my garden sitting on the counter this morning. So I diced a potato, onion, green pepper and tomato. I'm going to saute them with diced sausage patties and then add scrambled eggs.

House guests this weekend: Bacon and pork links, French toast (ciabatta), hot oatmeal, and fresh fruit (strawberries, peach, apple, grapes, banana).

Now breakfast #2: Jimmy Dean biscuit with egg, bacon and real cheese. I always replace the fake crap cheese with real cheese. Even ants don't eat Jimmy's fake cheese.
