Had the annual Egg McMuffin this morning. With hashbrowns, just a slab of grease held together by potatoes really. The muffin was better.

I have a corn muffin almost every weekday. Sometimes I have a bran muffin.

Creature of habit, and easy to get from the guy in the street coffee cart.

I have chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni with cut up country style pork ribs mixed up with two jumbo eggs in there and microwaved, stirring a few times until it's cooked well. It's delicious and I have it often,it's a great way to use some of the leftovers.
It's also nice to have this big bowl of hot stuff to eat at 3:30 a.m..
