I have to get back on track and eat better so I will have egg whites with a light sausage link(chopped up) and stuffed into 1/2 whole wheat pita. Grapes on the side.
In a mad rush today and totally missed breakfast! "slapping my own hand" I stopped for cup of DD coffee and then decided to have an early lunch...11:00am
