Again, not a smoker here either, mom died from lung cancer! (hey kids, smoking is bad!)

But I think it adds as well for some strange reason.

I use to love them untill I witnessed the sticking of the dog. Ewwwwww, hadn't had one in 5 years with NO desire to have another. ever.
After being dipped in 400 degree oil, I wouldn't worry too much about who touched them.

I think the problem is that I have been to a restaurant that makes authentic food of this caliber and the fest just did not match up. Oh well.

I love the kettle corn and the funnel cakes. This year, my son was gung ho on getting the deep fried oreos and I split some with him and they were actually not bad at all.

They were coated with the funnel cake mixture.
Funnel cakes for me. Sweet sweet deep-fried sugary pastry goodness!

Chicken on a stick! It's always a very big bunch of chicken, cooked Jamaican Jerk style or Chinese style! It's very common at our local festivals. Never costs more than $5......flame grilled....it's heavenly!

Probably just a Baltimore thing, but here goes:

Lemon Sticks - a whole lemon with a peppermint stick stuck in the end where you slurp up the sour lemon through the sweet peppermint - yum!

Oyster shooters (Renaissance Festival thing) - a raw oyster with hot sauce and a beer on the side.
