I had a spur of the moment creation. My DW made me a sandwich to spec. Fried potatoes, bread & butter pickles, pepper jack, and bacon and it was grilled. Then came the rest of the coconut cream pie. All is well.

Default The Agenda - November 29 - December 4

This week's dinner selections will feature some creativity, as I take one particular Thanksgiving leftover, mashed potatoes, and do something extra special. I'm going to make my whipped baked potato, which will be covered with cheese and bacon bits. As I heat the potatoes, I'll add a little milk and a little ranch dressing. It will be used as a side dish with some leftover pork ribs which I ordered to go from my favorite barbecue place about 80 miles away (where I had dinner yesterday). Also on the agenda for this week are fried shrimp and Salisbury steak.

Have a blast at your dinner table, and bon appetit!

Well, I sauteed some diced onion and celery in oil and a little butter. Poured in a can of Cream of chicken soup and a can of Chicken broth. Cut up about 6 medium russet potatoes and added to it. Threw in a pkg. of Cocktail sausages (Lil' smokies) added a partial pkg of some tomato chicken seasoning. This was all gone shortly after I said dinners ready!!
