Extra sharp cheddar cheese

Once I tasted it, I could NEVER go back to just plain 'ol sharp.

I've always been a cheese lover. My mom used to find little teeth marks in the cheese sometimes when I was little.

Good ol' American. Like Nomad said, the real stuff, no plastic wrapped "cheese food."

Also like sharp cheddar and havarti with dill.

I have a couple of favs. Bleu, feta, Wisconsin extra sharp, swiss, and montery jack. Wait.. what about colby? I love that stuff too!

My favorite has to be the feta.

For eating cold, I love smoked gouda and havarti. For eating hot/grilled/melted, I loooove pepper jack.

Can't decide.
Sharp cheddar or havarti or monterey jack or smoked gouda or cream cheese or ....

By itself. With crackers. With crackers and mayo. With wine. With apple pie!

Not fond of bleu, but like roquefort. Go figure.
Hate feta and brie.

Brie. With just about anything-pairs well with both sweet and savory accompaniments. For wine, I am partial to Zin.
