Pork tenderloin with salsa and brown rice. I get the salsa with lots of black beans and corn and mix up the lot. The pork is in the crock pot now and smells great.

Turkey Wraps- I take sliced turkey,provolone,lettuce,grilled red peppers and wrap it all up into a flour tortilla,then use a balsamic vinagrette to dip them in.
