Well, I LOVE (or used to) having a hard boiled egg as a snack. The perfect grab-and-go.
But my doc is on me about high bad cholesterol....so she's forbidden me from having eggs. I would eat two a day.

So I'm back to apples and baby carrots as my go-to grab and go snack.

And to be honest I'm looking for MORE snacks like that...preferably non-processed.
I WISH I liked bananas like that but they don't do much for me.
And philosophically I'd rather not do a snack bar. (I grew addicted to Luna Bars, TLC Kashi, Kind an Fiber One bars)

ActuallyI'm sort of rethinking my thinking on snacking.
I'm tossing about the idea of tweaking my meal schedule so I don't need a snack.... Sort of from my OA days...3 meals a day nothing in between. We'll see....

Kay's Naturals Chips Lemon Herb flavor. These are quite good. Wouldn't even know they're healthy.
