Does anyone know of a website that lists free Foreclosure Listings / Auctions (preferably in the NYC area)? Most of the sites I've seen require you to pay.
It usually takes an individual going down and thoroughly going through records to compile the list. Either pay someone to do it or do it yourself. Do it once, and you will think it is cheap to pay them. I don't know of anyone who works for free anymore.
Try:
Reony.com (they are on FaceBook) - sign up to receive the free foreclosure emails.
or
BankofAmerica website (go to mortgage, then click Real Estate Center, then click Find Bank Owned Properties).
Good luck!
