Welcome to the "new" world of Real Estate. There are no more "easy ones". I am sorry you were not able to work out a deal on the home you chose.
When I tell my clients (and prospects) to be prepared for anything, they often think I am being negative or making it seem too hard. But anything can (and often does) happen. There are so many rules and regulations that need to be followed, time lines that need to be met, inspections, appraisals, addendum's and more, it is a wonder we ever close any homes.
