I going to move Miami and Fort lauderdale area for 2 months jan-feb/2012. But I don't know where. I have family (1 year old son). I read the lot of info this site.. where can I move and where not.. (Fort lauderdale, hollywood, miami, boca raton, etc...)
I would like to rent an condo or apartmen in safe place close to beach (2-3 bds, app. $900-$1.400 / month - par for the course price), with good endowments.
Look the Fort Lauderdale area, where have to move? (I make the right noises)
I prefer: Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood (and maybe Miami)

Condos rent for a minimum of 3-4 months in most cases. Check the local newspapers or google short term rentals in Ft. Lauderdale (or Hollywood or Miami) and you might find something. Rentals are scarce right now. There are apartment rental companies, and that could be your best best. So also google apartment rental companies in each of these cities.

Thanks, yes the rental term is problem, but not to stay here long time. I don't move to hotels and other, 'cause that's to much.
I will try google and rental companies.

and which place do you propose?

All are fun places, and Ft Lauderdale and Miami have many cultural places to visit and enjoy. Some hotels may have a special rate - go to hotels.com and put in each of those cities and look thru what is available. Book now... they fill up fast.

Enjoy your stay!
