Hi Everyone,

We are looking to relocate from NJ to FL(Plantation or Pembroke Pines)

We are looking to rent a 2 bedroom townhome or something similar with a washer/dryer in unit and if the complex had a pool that would be a plus(not a must). We saw several nice places. I liked The Waves in Plantation, they had a 2 bedroom for $1169

Does anyone recommend any places that we should look into?? We are looking for something affordable $1000-1200.

There are plenty of places in Plantation and Pembroke Pines. If you are looking at rental communities, I would look on popular websites like rent.com. Why limit yourself to Plantation or Pembroke Pines? They are good areas, but I would also check out Sunrise and Davie.

I don't know the specific complex but the neighborhood is convenient. The only thing I would mention is that Pine Island is a very busy road. If that bothers you just be aware.

The location in the center of Plantation is convenient to I-95, the FL Turnpike as well as I-595. There is lots of retail in the area and the area is not a high crime area.
