Hi guys,
I'm looking for a 1/1 apartment or condo to rent for ideally $850-900/month, up to $1000/month max. I am not looking for luxury, just someplace decent and clean in a safe neighborhood. Thanks!

Davie -- Pine Island Ridge (these are all individually owned so check for rent by owner). I used to live in Pine Island Ridge, and it is a safe, well-maintained neighborhood. You will probably find that in your price range, you'll be able to rent a condo that has not been updated in a while (maybe have to look at avocado green or harvest gold appliances -- but it's like you said, you're not looking for luxury).

Weston -- Weston received an award recently as the safest city in Broward County -- any area of Weston is safe by South Florida standards but I think, given your budget, that Weston is out of your price range.

I'm sure that others will chime in regarding Plantation and PP. Good luck!
