looking for 2 beds single family property in the 300k-380k price range we previously had a bigger home but the fam moved out and have their house just built and other went to college. Looking to downsize I know Country isles has some 2 bed homes like Garden Homes (looks nice idc what u think lol,I use to trash it but it’s actually fire) and a lot of townhouse have 2bed too, preferably looking for a house. The Hammocks has some nice townhouses. Cbhs alumni

Your best bet for that price range is Bonaventure. The market in Weston is very very difficult. You are likely looking at a townhouse as well in that area.

Are you set on Weston because you have a family? Are schools important to you? You may find better luck in neighboring areas for the price range you have.

Yes, I agree Country Isles is nice and so is Bonaventure but you are looking more at the $400k/$425k range.

Everybody graduated so schools aren’t important to us ,as a cypress bay alumni. We just like Weston bc it’s home to us, we like everything about it. And we just want to downsize to something in that price range since everybody’s moved out
