Maybe so, but moaning about it instead of doing something about it (like being nice on the road and letting things go even if that guy really was an ass hole) is just being part of the problem, not part of the solution. To say there is NOTHING you can do about it is completely false. I have never been a victim of road rage here except for getting the finger one time when I kind of deserved it. Fact of the matter is, nobody wins when you instigate it or continue it, and this story should just be proof as both the agent and the shooter were exchanging gestures before this happened. Tragic as it is, the only thing you can do is not be a part of it, and it is completely possible.

Aren't we all guilty of doing it sometime in our life? LOL....I stuck my tongue out once at someone that was mad on the road. Believe it or not, they started smiling/laughing, shaking their head in disbelief....I think I changed their mood automatically. They didn't see it coming. We just have to take it easy sometimes...

EVERY PERSON that reads this can do SOMETHING about it. Ignore the nuts, wave sorry if you do something wrong, let someone cut in front of you, NEVER pull over.
WE created the problem and everyone living here is part of the problem and part of the solution too.

All his neighbors say he is the nicest guy, always says hello, helpufl. And it seems he's pretty sickly. His wife is a teacher and very loved. What are they saying down there i florida.... are they saying he just snapped. i've read he's being charged with first degree. isn't that premediated. road rage isn't exactly pre mediatated but he should get life

Believe it or not I have yet to be the target of road rage. I usually get a lot of looks and laughs, or even fearful stares when driving.

I wasn't there, but while my son was learning to drive, he was on 595 (literally first time on a highway) about only 6 months ago, he cut someone off accidently. The guy he cut off followed my husband and son off onto the University Drive exit ramp and *got out of his car* to scream at my son. My husband got out of the car and calmly explained that my son was learning to drive and apologized. Rage defused. Especially scary in light of this incident. I think my son is scarred for life and will be the most polite driver ever on the road.

Sorry to hear that. I feel for him. Poor child. Good thing, it wasn't worse. I dont understand why people feel the need to get out of a car after someone cuts them off. A hand gesture is more than enough.... j/k...

I remember when learning to drive in NYC, a taxicab driver yelled out of his window "Where'd you get your license? Macy's?" Funny, and I got the point. Classic New York moment
