Exclamation Road Rage

I cannot speed because I cannot afford to replace my brakes and transmission every 6 months. I drive nice and slow because it's far less dangerous and costly to do so. Here are my techniques when and if harassed, which a delightful haitian gal friend suggested to me:

1)bumper stickers galore on the back of the car.

2)wear a stetson cowboy hat.

3)put flashers on immediately upon being tailgaited or sensing anything out of the ordinary whatsoever.

4)if this doesn't work, pull over somehow. don't even glance at the perp.

5)at red lights, leave some space in front of your car so that you will encourage any degenerates to stop in front of you instead of behind you.

6)drive with lights on at all times, even during sunny weather. it reduces your chances of having a collision by 30%.

This is everywhere. I just came back from Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and people drive just as bad. Not sure what's happening and why it's happening though.

Greatest life hack ever for driving in South Florida: Move out of the way for faster traffic. Only reason people are tailgating you is because you’re in the way.

Eh, having come from the Northeast about 45 minutes north of NYC, I fine the aggression here to be on another level.

I agree definitely happening everywhere. As someone from NYC itself, the drivers are just as agressive there as they are here. In Brickell it was insane when I lived there, but not any different than driving in parts of NYC.

IMO the extremely loud noise coming out of the cars takes it to a whole nother level. Coming from up north I’m not used to it and it literally makes me jump when I hear it coming up behind me, or even worse, when I’m walking. You just may be used to it.
