Our home closed in Wisconsin last Friday and I will be leaving for Fort Myers area next week. We were so incredibly blessed to have sold it so fast in such a tough market. 3 more homes went on the market shortly after we received an offer. Our home was contingent upon 2 other homes closing, which, thankfully did.
I can't wait to start looking at homes again.
