SunTrust
Fifth Third
BOA
Wachovia

I'd probably say those make up the larges percentage

Off the top of my head from driving around:

Bank of America
B&T
Wachovia
5/3
Regions

For me it was a toss up between B&T and Bank of America, and we chose BOA due to family having an account with them.

I bank with Wells Fargo in Colorado which owns Wachovia. This makes it very easy for me to shift funds around here and abroad.

for any Canadians reading, there is only one branch, but RBC US has very nice online integration of Canadian Royal Bank and US RBC accounts.
