Is that charge for the day or everytime you go over? It could really add up...

It's everytime to head back to the Cape. Yes, It can add up, but they have yearly plans as well. I might get one for Sanibel. Since that is my Fav. beach to go to!

Every time. Though if you get the Leeway/ Sunpass transponder its 1.00 versus the 2.00. Most of the time I find that other than work, and a few times here and there - I spend most of the time in the Cape.

Are you asking this because you think that will lower the tolls.
Most toll roads are privately owned they are not state owned.
As far as casinos go they don't even allow property owner to park certain of their vehicles on their property in Cape Coral.
Casinos have a bad reputation they usually bring a large element of undesirables to the area. That will never fly with the city here.

no, casinos for improving the whole area, not eliminating tolls...
maybe one day the state will see the revenue they can bring in the jobs they create [I dont think many people and business owners would be against that] and a couple would be licensed in SWFL...I wonder what the Indian casino brings in yearly...

Been spending some time(NOT $$) there lately. I'm certain what they bring in daily from the suckers would boggle the mind.....just based on what I have personally witnessed.

If you use a Leeway Toll Pass, instead of a Florida Sunpass you can sign-up for a discounted program. Here's the link for Leeway: Leeway
