Looking to purchase a 3 bdrm condo in The Landings. Is it a well maintained area? We are going to pay approx. 120,000 plus condo fees of 400 and membership fees of 370.00 a month. Is that a reasonable price. Are the fees worth it? Any info about the Landings would be appreciated! We are looking at buying and renting out for winter months. We wanted a really active Tennis Community. Any other suggestions?

You got to figure in the property taxes also. that will bring you monthly cost up. Since you are not going to be a full time resident no homestead exemption.

The Landings is maintained pristinely. All the times I have been in there it's always been busy with people on bikes, playing tennis and golf.
