Have a few extra days off coming up, and I haven't had much time to check out the fishing with just recently moving to the area of FSW and very close to marine max for a job transfer. I found a website that shows the local piers.

Where to Catch Fish in Lee County Florida ~ Fishing Piers

The lynn hall pier looks to be the easiest. Any suggestions would be great!

Do you intend to eat the fish you catch? If so, the ones in Bokeelia or Bonita are your best bets. I wouldn't eat anything that lives in Caloosahatchee water right now.

Never fished in Bonita, but the water in Bokeelia is very clean as of yesterday when I went down their. Plenty of folks fishing off the pier.

Yes, I typically target keepers and only keep what I can eat.

Would ft. Myers beach be ok? Looked pretty clear when I was out there for dinner a few days ago. If not I will definitely check out those 2 spots. Thank you guys for the locations.

FMB is right at the mouth of the river. I wouldn't even wade in it, much less eat something out of it.

Went to the Naples pier today. The water was very clear and the fish were biting. We fished for about 10 minutes before the downpour came and decided to leave when the chill came through. We will return tomorrow.
