I am interested in buying a mobile home in the park on Ballard Road, off Ortiz. Does anyone know anything about the park and neighborhood in general? Positive and negative replies helpful. Thanks.

That is right near the Ortiz fleamarket, Its not a very good area. Gang crime and drugs are the norm at night.

We live at that park on Ballard .Its called Poinsettia Park and we are safe and happy and its quiet and the people here are amazing...dont judge by outward appearance..inside the park is great
