Yeah, the area is fine. It's over in the Kenvil area and off Toledo Blade-hence the name. I just haven't heard a whole lot about them. I drove past them a few days ago and noticed they said luxury apartments. They look nice but seeing from the outside I think luxury might be a little bit of a stretch. I haven't seen the inside of them yet so maybe they are more luxurious inside. The location is good though. Close enough to I-75 to be convenient but not close enough to hear the traffic. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in Port Charlotte.WELCOME TO TOLEDO CLUB APARTMENTS (http://www.toledoclubapts.com/index.html - broken link) I can't quite figure out if they are selling them or if they are just rentals. Looks like just rentals to me.

I have only been in one, but the one I was in was really nice! They have several different floor plans to choose from, nice work out facilities/pool, and a great walking path around the entire complex.
