Hello,
I've never been to North Port. Is this a good area of North Port?

3500 Island Club Drive

Has anyone seen or lived in the Toledo Club apartments before?

Thanks.

Yeah, the area is fine. It's over in the Kenvil area and off Toledo Blade-hence the name. I just haven't heard a whole lot about them. I drove past them a few days ago and noticed they said luxury apartments. They look nice but seeing from the outside I think luxury might be a little bit of a stretch. I haven't seen the inside of them yet so maybe they are more luxurious inside. The location is good though. Close enough to I-75 to be convenient but not close enough to hear the traffic. Easy access to shopping and restaurants in Port Charlotte.

I did find a website for the place: WELCOME TO TOLEDO CLUB APARTMENTS (http://www.toledoclubapts.com/index.html - broken link) I can't quite figure out if they are selling them or if they are just rentals. Looks like just rentals to me.

You might get a little more response if you post this question over in the Sarasota section.

I have only been in one, but the one I was in was really nice! They have several different floor plans to choose from, nice work out facilities/pool, and a great walking path around the entire complex.
