The ocean is colder too with great white sharks. Things are not looking to good financially for California either. I did find it interesting to see palm trees with snow caped mountains in the distance. Traffic in Los Angeles was a nightmare.

This was a fishing village not long ago, and there was no I-75. Fort Myers still has 20+ years of growth to go to be compared to other, earlier developed areas

Obviously, you haven't had to go to the doctor or (heaven forbid) the HOSPITAL in NEW MEXICO??

Have you been to a doctor or, heaven forbid, a hospital in Lee or Collier Counties, Florida?
