Honest, I never even heard of them.
They're probably a local builder. Often, the site supervisor has more impact than the company name of the builder.

I haven't heard of them either. If they are a custom builder and only build a certain amount of homes, I would get references an talk to their previous customers. I know my particular builder only does about 20 homes, but they have had models and we have talked to their previous customers.
