I am looking in the Flower Mound, Lewisville, Grapevine area. I would like to find and area with some hills, lots of trees and older homes. Need to be within 30 min. of N Dallas and North Arlington. Would like to spend not more then $189k. I am 59 years young.
Thanks.

If you want to be in North Dallas within 30 minutes, I would choose Lewisville first, although
I personally prefer Flower Mound of these two.

Grapevine, around the Grapevine/Euless line along 114/360 area. will get you to North Arlington within 20 minutes but to North Dallas within 40 minutes depending on traffic, construction, and what part of North Dallas.

You might find something in the hospital district in Irving, if you were really lucky maybe around University Hills in Irving. Look in your price range in zip code 75062 or 75061....
