You might check out the semi-rural areas on the west side of Ft Worth. Decent schools but affordable ranchettes.

Come out here, stay in an extended stay and drive your commute during actual commute hours. Please remember school is out in summer.

Thanks for the advice! Dont really have the option to come stay there as we would be moving within the next month and school starts soon after...but wish I had the time for that. As far as the west side of FW I will look into it but was trying to stay in a central location between both dallas and fw. Thanks again!
