I took this picture this summer at the Colleyville Nature Center. Can you believe it? I love this place.

OOO! That's only a very short drive from me(Justin)! Where is that at exactly? Now that it is cool it'd make a great walk with my daughters.

Got any advice on moving to Colleyville? If one is looking for a home $200K or less, is it even an option?

Default Yes Aggie Girl!!

Aggie Girl - Yes it is possible to find houses for $200k. Look at streets off of Bransford Drive. Field Street, Eudaly Drive, Hillside Dr., Colleyville Terrace, Leta Dr. Beverly Dr. Very quaint, mature trees, nice neighborhoods, great schools.

jenifer - thanks for the advice! How's the market there? Is it slowing down any? How much can we expect to pay per square foot there?

Other than the nature center you describe, are there good places to run and do things outside? My husband and I enjoy that type of thing, and we would like to have it close to home.

Default many options...

We paid $100 a square foot two years ago. All the neighborhoods in Colleyville are NICE. I think its a buyers market right now. Here are a number of beautiful places to walk and run and enjoy the nature. Parr Park. Colleyville City Park. The Nature Center. McPherson Park. Green belt walking/jogging/biking trail along the railroad. I know there are more but I cant think of them right now!
