RE agent is representing the seller, I want to represent myself.

Can anyone suggest an attorney that I can hire to help with this?

I've heard of some title companies that offer this service if you close w/them but don't have one I've committed to yet.

TIA

why the ego
a RE estate agent working for you does what you say
is it the 3% you think you will save
what do you think an attorney will charge?

No ego, keeping the overhead down. I know what I want to say, need it converted to legal terms and get legal advice on what might bite and what might be better. Already have 3% going out - and it will come out of my pocket as the buyer and the only guy coming to the table with the $$$

Attorney charges $250/hour, this job is what, perhaps 1 hour?

3% = WAY more than $250, like $12,000 MORE

I can make a lot of offers before I hit $12K

Hello!
