Paper and online. You should start focusing on what stores you shop at then watch out for their sales and coupons to go with it. Go to thekrazycouponlady.com and afullcup.com. I've been saving lots of money.

me too. usually 30-50%, but sometimes 100% depending on what I'm buying.

I get mine from the recycle bins.

Don't forget to look on products packages.

I had bought corn dogs and there is coupon to cut out. On the box of italian ice, it's not marked and I almost tossed them, but then I saw inside were 50 cent off coupons. I cut them out and wound up with 3 free boxes (they ended going on sale for 99 cents and my 50 cent coupons doubled to that, making them free).

I'm glad to see you started using coupons! Isn't it great?

DH wanted paper towels the other night, asked when I was going to get some. I said; "Not now, there's none on sale and I WON'T PAY RETAIL!"

If you know you want to buy a certain item, try their website. If there are no coupons listed, e-mail the company and let them know you want to try their product, or that you are a frequent buyer. They will most likely send you a coupon.

besides the places mentioned above, keep an eye out in the grocery stores for coupon dispensers (blinkies) and tear pads in the aisles. Also, check for coupons printed at the register with your receipt (catalinas). Be sure and check the insides and outsides of products you already buy for "peel off" coupons,, coupons printed inside or outside the container, or loose within the box or bag.
Go to individual grocery store websites and check for their printable coupons and sale items. Lots of grocery stores have coupon books, booklets, or pages near the entrance or customer service desk.
Some areas have regional or local websites dedicated to links to coupons and grocery store sales lists. In my area, I use Southern Savers – Weekly Ads, Couponing & Deals
