I think vegetarian is only expensive if you go organic. I bought a thing of tofu (about 2.5 servings) and it was less than $3.00. The only organic I buy is milk and eggs because I can't have the added hormones for medical reasons. I would love to shop all organic, but unless I win lotto that ain't happening, lol!
