This is a vine someone gave me and she did not know the name of it either so please if someone can help that would be great

Maybe a philodendron of some variety... or some sort of ivy.. looks like this sorta.

If the front of the leaves has a "waxy" appearance, it might very well be a vine that is commonly called a Pothos (Variegated Cultivar of Epipremnum Aureum). It's very common in Hawaii and other tropical islands throughout the Pacific Ocean.

Do you know if it is supposed to be edible? I don't know what it is but I recently heard John Kohler talking about some edible plant with a heart shaped leaf. His website is growingyourgreens.com. He might know what it is if nobody here does.

Looks to be a variety of honeysuckle vine, possibly a Japanese Honeysuckle.

Now I'm confused by which vine we're suppose to identity. The one I commented on were the two leaves outside of the water vessel pointing to the left. The big one facing us, I don't know what that is.
