Compost pile smoking inside as I turned it this morning. Looking awesome! I still cant believe this was once leaves & grass. First year actually watching it turn to soil. Pretty amazing. It looks so rich!

Even the food scraps pretty much is gone after just a few days. I put So many watermelons in there last 3 weeks.

Awesome! I am jealous! I tried to grow those chocolate peppers for two years in a row, but our season is too short, and I never started them inside. My bell peppers right now are all STILL green. grr. They're so pretty!

8/9/13 Harvest.

I remember having baskets of yields...I wonder if the late start because of weather is affecting the yeilds.

Picking a couple Tomatoes a day. A couple cucumbers every 3 days. But dont make fun of my small corn. LOL!!

Looks and sounds like my garden. It just really started to pick up the last two weeks. Even the bees seemed later this year. I am in Western PA and several gardeners I know in the north east seem to have similar woes this year.
