almost all leaves have these. anyone knows what it is?

it's raining a lot for last 5-6 days and it's very humid. But it doesn't look mold or anything. Help please?

Those look like wasp galls to me.

I don't know of any galls that harm the host plants. These are likely small wasps, they are good guys.

If you're worried, take some samples to an entomologist - at your extension service or the nearest university - for a definite ID.
