Thank you in advance once again...
I am looking for a death record for a Jeannette Hockery born 1924-25 Father Joseph Hockery. Mother Jeane born france.
I have see just a few things on her, a nurse corp record and a census.
Lived in Philadelphia pa.
Any help would be great.

Have you seen the 3 ship's manifests, where she traveled with her mother to/from France as a child ?? 2 give her DOB as 25 Feb 1925 in Bethlehem PA. Also there is a "Hockery Howard Family Tree" on Ancestry.com showing Joseph & Jeane with a daughter of "Private". Tree is "owned" by "camden2010"
Nothing on SSDI. Any info on a husband ??

If she was married any death record will probably be under her married name so you'll need to find out who she married.

The SSDI only pertains to people who were enroled in Social Security, which I beileve began under FDR.

If she was born in 1925, its pretty likely she had a social security card

One needs to actually receive SS benefits before death is what I meant.
