23andme does include the X however we do not share any on the X. It is one 19cm segment on chromosome 1.

I see questions similar to yours come up on the 23&Me forum periodically. If the amount of DNA that matches the other person is very small and you don't seem to share any enthnicity, it is probably Identical by Chance. See the below explanation.

Yes, but a 19 cM segment is not "very small" - it has a 100% chance of being identical by descent (unless it's on the X chromosome, which it's not) - in fact, any segment above 14 cM has a 100% chance of being identical by descent: https://isogg.org/wiki/Identical_by_...sitive_matches
