Yeah!

I am going to start my search soon. It would be ideal to move in January but who knows what will happen. I am thinking of moving without a job if I do not find work by Aug of next year. Maybe sooner. I need to get out of here.

If one is applying out of state does them preferring a phone or even lets say a skype interview make them less of a candidate? In other words if the candidate can't physically make it to the out of state location, does that run his/her chances?
